I received an estimate a week ago with a prepay price for the entire years service for lawn fertilizer and mosquito and tick service. I received in the mail the bill after they came for two separate visits. The estimate expired today. I called to pay the entire years service and get the prepayment fee but they were not allowing me to receive the prepay for the full year. Since they came before I received the letter I had to pay full price for the two visits. They did offer to allow me to get prepay price for all other visits... read more
