I didn’t really know what to expect with my IEMT appointment but wow was I blown away! I was amazed that we started the session with one memory and by the end of the session, we had uncovered a deep wound. I only had to think of the memories, not speak them out loud but the process of peeling back the emotions to get to the core wound was intense and ultimately gave me relief. This was absolutely amazing and has worked on me with only (1) session. I suffer from a lot of PTSD and have had the same recurring dream for over 30 years, but that night, right after the session, I had the same dream but this time I was in control of the outcome. She was kind, helpful and absolutely the one person that had been able to help me when no one else could. I loved that I didn't have to explain my story and I could use short answers to get this help. I am so thankful to have found this help.
