The instructor was highly skilled, patient, and very encouraging throughout the session. They explained each posture clearly, guided breathing techniques properly, and ensured everyone was comfortable while practicing. I especially appreciated how they adjusted the class for different experience levels, making beginners and advanced participants feel equally supported. The quality of the yoga session was excellent. My experience at Grounded Soul Wellness was marvelous. Kaley is very knowledgeable and provided a great service to release some muscles that were causing me some low back pain.
I visited Kaley at Grounded Soul Wellness to receive a 60 min reiki session. Kaley was warm and inviting with her studio being the same. It was definitely a positive experience that l will be rebooking in the near future! Highly recommended!
