I have been a tenant with Grounded Properties for almost 2 years now. Shauna, my property manager, has been rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent when handling simple tasks that are within her responsibilities. When asking for clarification or information, I am meet with defensiveness. On multiple occasions she has raised her voice at me, called me crazy, and blamed me for being "the issue". She was very unprofessional, entered my home without notice after I moved out and she wrote down that everything was good when I was there but still charged me $250 of my deposit. For me to take it to court with my evidence it’s going to cost my about $1000 dollars upfront. I would never rent from her again. Oh and she denies the mold in the unit using every excuse to blame you for it instead of fixing the building she gave her word to an existing tenant that has a new born baby in the home and mold is literally in the carpe... read more
