I finally got to experience Grounded Cafe in downtown Pueblo. It did not disappoint, the barista was helpful with a friendly smile. I chose the fig jam and goat cheese panini w/ greens.(bacon/turkey optional) 100% delish 😋 goat cheese was warm and the fig jam was figgin.😁 My drink choice was the iced blackberry cream matcha! 😲 WOW! This was amazingly good. I wish I had more time to look at all the art and fun decor. I will definitely be back. Pueblo has got the best coffee houses!!
