I tried the fig and goat cheese sandwich, and it was amazing. While it doesn’t have a ton of cheese, I’m pretty sure that’s intentional—it keeps the sandwich light and airy, and you can taste every ingredient in each bite. The fig jam was especially delicious, and I’d love to know what kind they use. I added turkey, which really brought everything together perfectly.
