Our purpose is to give each student the freedom and the tools necessary to explore Jiu Jitsu with no boundaries by bringing high quality, accessible and affordable classes to the entire Ottawa community.

My daughter attended the demo class for martial art, and I was impressed by the instructors teaching style. The atmosphere was welcoming and supportive, and I felt comfortable asking questions.
Easy going and intense at the same time. People are there to learn and sweat. It has a good big space. A friendly and welcoming environment.
Great place to train. The location is very clean and has ample parking. They have clean showers and washrooms. The space has a lot of room to run their classes and training sessions. Joel and Travis are very experienced and are clearly passionate about Jiu Jitsu. From my personal experiences, Travis is a great instructor.
