Founded in 1975 by John Shiffler and Joe Testa, the company began business in the basement of a furniture store in Victor, NY. In 1977, GWS moved into our current Bloomfield facility on Routes 5&20. This place has done what no one else has before. I figured my water treatment system needed updating so I brought my water sample for testing. They tested it and sold me the appropriate units. When I was installing it, I had some questions so I called them and they answered them patiently and walked me through it.
