Here the plan appears to be: do one thing and do it really well. So you have ground up, a beef burger specialist! They grind their own beef, bake their own buns and make ketchup and mustard from scratch. The burgers are cooked over charcoal, the onion rings are exquisite and the meal excellent. Know that the beef is lean so if you order "well done" the burger is drier than you may be used to. Salads are great, but the dessert cookies can cause complete loss of all civil order. I put this as the best burger in California
