Buying from this small business was a mistake. They have no issue putting chores on the homeowner, and will make every excuse that any error is your fault. Want a thermostat placed in the middle of a doorway? That was their installers plan. Or a vent in the freaking shower? Guy just cut holes. Same with the return air and supply ducts that could have been left or right, but they chose smack dab in the middle.
