Came out for a consult, said they would be in touch with a quote or next steps. It’s been over three weeks and have not heard back, despite also reaching out via email twice. It seems like we’re being dismissed because we’re a smaller project/budget, but we would have appreciated being told that directly over being ignored.
This is the second time we've worked with Ground One, and once again it was a fantastic experience — we'd highly recommend them without hesitation. The work was great! However- their sales Person Lindsay and Project manager Sean need some guidance and how to take care of clients. Their tech Curt was amazing and basically handled everything. He should be their sales, project manager and tech. Great guy and very friendly. Also make sure they show you the products so you can see how they look in person. We had a great experience from start to finish on our landscaping project. Design, construction and communication were all excellent. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
