Unpredictable Contractor: They have a fantastic designer who was professional and meticulous about it. Their crew for the retention walls (Antonio and his crew) was wonderfully skilled and built with care and precision, good cleanup, too. After a little over a year the patio is already sinking down and the border is separating from the main portion. The grading was never checked with laser and my back yard floods. No accountability and they just want to charge me more to fix an issue that they created. Even the other reviews point out poor grading jobs.
We recently worked with the Ground One team on a project to renovate a section of our backyard. They replaced our old deck, built a new paver patio, and created new landscaping. We worked with Dominick on the design portion, and Joby, Austin and Jaime on the construction portion. Overall, the Ground One team was highly professional and responsive from start to finish. Ground One was amazing to work with. From the estimate to the completion of the project they were there every step of the way. Thank you Thomas, Joby, Jamie, Luis, and Jose. The guys did an amazing job. The workmanship is top-notch. I highly recommend Ground One to anyone looking for their next landscape. We are enjoying our stoop and new stairs.
A year ago during a wet snowstorm we had a large tree fall over in a berm area of our yard. It had to be removed leaving a large void in the landscape. I contacted GOne and their Designer Thomas helped us come up with a great plan to repair the area. They used boulders to stabilize the berm but also considered the importance of creating planting nooks.
