Terrible customer service. Took calling 4 times to actually have someone answer about a warranty claim that was filed.
Never had a business professional speak to me the way their office person, Pam did on the phone. Rude doesn't even begin to summarize it. It became clear right away that they have several big contractor customers and homeowners, even ones that had them do the original work on their new homes, don't matter. I'll make sure to let others in the construction industry know about how they treat clients.
I have used this company a few times now... And Shay and Pam and the team of workers are phenomenal! So impressed with level of professionalism from the top on down. Great Equipment.... Great Guys.... Great Job!
