You’ll be sold a tire with a hole in it and then just told it’s your fault. Very disrespectful man especially towards women. Would not recommend.
Business response:
So before a tire leaves this shop it is inspected before and after it is mounted, then sprayed with a solution to check for leaks, so if you puncture it, that is not a warranty issue.
He doesnt honor your warranty and makes it out to be your fault even when the tire doesn't even last 24 hrs.
RecommendedGreat service and great people. I’ve been using Grouchos for 5 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the level of service and quality tires I have received. I just got a set today and had the best time joking with Joe. He and Jen are two of the best people you could ask for. I will continue to do business here as long as the doors are open!
I think I have gone to Groucho 4 times now for tires. Always been taken well care of! Very fast service as well! Need tires? Go see Groucho!
Groucho has many years in the tire business with a lot of helpful information. He is the only person I trust with mine and my children’s vehicles! He is honest! ( has saved use tons of money over the years , by fixing minor issues instead of selling us something we didn’t need) His tires are the best quality. I have been a customer for 15 years. Never had anything but the best from service. Thank you , Groucho!

"What don't I recommend about Groucho's tires?" you ask? More like "what do I recommend about Groucho's tires?" To which I would have to answer "nothing", I don't recommend anything about Groucho's tires.
I prepaid for tires for my 1978 Pinto, and never received them. When I went back to the shop to talk to the owner, it smelled like cat piss, the owner’s Great Dane peed on my leg, and ruined my brand new pair of silk parachute pants. When I tried to get a refund, the owner and his wife started yelling homophobic slurs, and threatened to slash my balding tires. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life.
I bought four tires for my El Camino, and they were flat the next day. How do all four tires go flat? When I called to complain, Jennifer cursed me out, screamed at me, and refused to refund my money.
