Food is always great and the people are so sweet
ate there 1 week ago. LOVED the turkey sub! Today was a much different story. Went to the Sparkleberry store. Ordered the same turkey sub.Asked for onions..."we don't use onions but once per year". asked for jalapenos..."We don't serve them". Asked for mayo, dark mustard and vinegar and extra swiss. Got home....1 cup of OIL and vinegar...yellow mustard, provolone cheese. If the motto for that location is, "We're not happy 'til YOU'RE NOT HAPPY', you folks hit a home run. You need to look at your Groucho's on Sunset Blvd and what the staff is okay to do on the clock and nothing has been done so I posted of what happened. I have always loved taking my kids to Groucho's and your food but want anytime soon if ever.
