This may be the cheapest place to live in in Groton, but the SERVICE is horrible! Do not recommend this place what-so-ever! As a tenant for 2 years, please expect periodic losses of Hot Water (could last as much as 3 days with no dockage to your rent). The Staff will not notify you in any way regarding maintenance or duties performed by the City of Groton ultimately causing a major inconvenience.
