I have lived at Groton Estates for 5 years. I absolutely love living here! My apartment is no thrills but cute and perfect for what I need. The maintenance is very nice and good. The office people are friendly.
I wish I could give negative stars for professionalism. Very unprofessional and they'll swindle you for every penny they can.
I am currently living here. I've got 10 months left in my lease. This place is a joke. They're untrustworthy and are unprofessional. If you ask them a question during conversation, they hysterically laugh at you. I lived here a few years back and it was fine. At this time I do not recommend this place.
