Illegal practices. 42North Dental admitted to withholding patient records because of past due balances. This is illegal per HIPAA. I even asked when asking for records if this was legal and they said it was. I have already filed a complaint with the OCR and HHS. You know what you're doing is wrong, yet you still do it. My husband and I had gone to this office for years and saw Dr Flanagan. He was amazing! After the practice was sold we stayed with them until retiring and moving to Georgia. Now trying to get records is a nightmare. Rude receptionists on the phone, hang ups when "being transferred", no response to fax requests from current provider. My husband has hardware for his dentures and I have implant hardware. All we are asking for is the kind/make of the hardware so we don't have to pay to have it removed and totally new hardware in... read more
I changed dental practices this year dye to changes in my insurance, and I am very happy to say that my experience at Groton Dental has been extremely positive. Elle and Dr. Yungaitis and front end staff were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Groton Dental if you are looking for a kind and professional dental practice.
My experience was good. I waited 10 minutes to be called in, but my Hygienist, Suzanne, was great. She was attentive, friendly, thorough and caring. I was also seen by one of their Dentist who confirmed everything she had already told me. I recommend the Groton Dental Group!
