Excellent experience every time! From someone who has dentist anxiety I am extremely pleased with this office! Everyone is very nice and Dr. Iype is very calming and explains everything and makes sure you are not in pain. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.
Very rude staff. Attitudes on the phone, and then hung up on me. I had to reschedule my appointment 8 hours prior and they charged me $100 without notifying me. Last 3 times I have gone here, its been nothing but rude doctors, rude receptionists, and feeling like the work is not correct. I get mixed answers from different doctors as well. I will be changing locations.
Dr. Sharon Iype is a very competent dentist. She explains each detail so I can understand my dental issues and their resolutions. Highly recommended.
Staffing was friendly and they are knowledgeable of teeth care. They get you in and do what they do and then and then you are out. They do such a good job and I will continue to go there to Groton Family Dentist
