My American Standard toilet kept filling the tank. This toilet was purchased approximately 6 months ago.. I watched videos on how to fix it, I drained the tank and cleaned the seal. The problem continued so I turned the water off to that toilet and called Grothouse. Repairman came out, ran his fingers around the seal flushed it a few times and indicated there was no problem.
