Updated July 25,2026 : I did contact the owner after my review below and also spoke with my treating PA to schedule the correct injections. I was told I would receive a phone call to schedule them with sedation however 2 weeks and nothing. Ive ultimately made the decision to discontinue my care here. I was in a horrible car accident which left me needing two back surgeries, an Intracept procedure, and needed both hips repaired. I was referred to Dr. Groth by my Nephrologist who was over seeing my case. I have been a part of this practice for about 4 years now. The physicians at this facility are very kind and clinically skilled, but the clinic's internal communication and chart-reviewing processes are completely broken. I have a spinal fusion. Incredibly, this is the second time I have been prepped on the procedure table, only for a doctor to look at the live X-ray and say, "Oh wow, you have hardware." A patient's surgical history should be thoroughly reviewed before they are on the table, especially since injections cause severe anxiety. I was talked into skipping sedation this t... read more
