Went with their recommendation on a ductless heater/air conditioner -- have had nothing but problems with not only the product but the service -- the unit we paid for is a POS -- had to have it looked at not only by them but by another company -- unit won't last 2 seasons without having to be looked at and is now out again -- won't deal with this company again

Of course my heater went out as soon as the weather turned cold. On October 27 I called Airrow heating.. their first available appointment was November 15. Then I called Schneidecker who's first available appointment was November 17. My next call was to Groth Gates. They had an appointment available October 30 . Of course I took it. The service man was supposed to be here between 2:00 and 3:00. Paul arrived at 2:30.
