After 6 years of being misdiagnosed with chronic sinusitis, I was finally referred to a Neurologist and within three months, Dr. Grosz finally helped get me on the right regimen and treatment to alleviate the constant pain. He really helped me get back to daily life! The office staff is great too, especially Emily and Rodney! Highly recommend!
I found Dr. Grosz highly professional, very experienced and knowledgeable, friendly and most of all sincerely concerned for my well being. I was a first time patient of Dr. Grosz and I am elderly. I feel that his staff took advantage of me because of that. I was made to pay a 500.00 dollar co-payment and they also billed my Insurance company for the 500.00 dollars. I call them to let them know they told me I would have my money back in February then I called the end of February an now they are telling me I have to wait until the end of March. I am on a fixed income and need my money. SHAME, SHAME on you!!!!

Madam. You yourself insisted on being seen immediately as a self pay patient rather than waiting for a referral as required from your insurance company to come through. We provided the courtesy of seeing you immediately and filing your insurance claim. After your insurance company paid your claim, you were provided a full 500 dollar refund within 4 weeks. And after being contacted you yourself agreed that Dr Raul Grosz himself was in no way personally responsible for this financial issue.
