DO NOT RENT HERE – THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR!!!! This building had my car towed from a designated residential parking spot I have parked in for over a year. I pay $75 for monthly for this spot (always on time). My license plate is registered to the spot. Towing company and building claim there was no registration decal on the car. Nowhere in in the lease does it stipulate that your car can be towed without a decal. DO NOT RENT HERE – they will tow your car too, and you will pay for it.
RecommendedGreat place to live, very close to metro plus easy access to 495, 270 and 355 (within blocks of each), terrific staff and considerate neighbors, also very pet friendly. Many shops, groceries and restaurants within 2 mile radius and Strathmore Concert Hall practically across the street!
Beautiful living place. Fantastic surroundings and neighbourhood.
