Renters beware! Showed up on move in day and the place was full of roaches — 12+ in the kitchen and droppings throughout the cabinets. Could be because it was on the 100 level, but bugs spread in large, older buildings. The unit was re-listed for rent 3 days after I cancelled the lease. A few stars for the building staff, Roberto and Solomon, who were very helpful and understanding on a really difficult day. Be wary of landlord/agent rentals here.

I've seen a few condos here, and they were nothing but amazing. You get very nice views in each unit. This building has a 24-hour front desk, a 55-acre park-like campus, a library, a gym on the G level, a rooftop terrace (you can only access via the stairs--the elevators don't serve that floor), tennis courts, a pool, a market, a drycleaning service, and covered parking. In addition, you can walk to the metro and the Strathmore music hall. There are 4 elevators in this building, and they are new.
