Recently my building was bought by Brick and timber. They gave us less than a 30 notice to switch payment portals. I reached out 5 days prior to let them know payments weren’t going through. I was suggested to still make the payment through the old portal because they could request the funds transfer. Management is responsive, location is excellent, courtyard area has a cool vibe to it.
This place have really poor ventilation. You can feel the stuffiness and tiredness from the bad air circulation. It's doesn't help that this building used to have mold problems so maybe there's left over spores. Not good especially with my young children. Management is pretty nice though.

The leasing team is very unresponsive, getting in touch over all portals and their website for over 3 days and no luck
