extremely loud elevator.. if your room faces the inside of the building the noise is so loud makes it hard to sleep
Brick + Timber recently took over the building I’ve lived at for years (2055 Sacramento St) and thus far I am not impressed. Both elevators on our 10-story-tall broke over a week ago and are still not fixed despite many of us calling them daily and filing complaints with the SF city DBI. Not having working lifts on this tall of a building is in violation of housing code, exhausting, and unsafe if someone was to have a medical emergency. Recently my building was bought by Brick and timber. They gave us less than a 30 notice to switch payment portals. I reached out 5 days prior to let them know payments weren’t going through. I was suggested to still make the payment through the old portal because they could request the funds transfer. (Just how they got my deposit and pet deposit) it through email I kept getting different answers. At the end of the day they couldn’t resolve the issue until past the due date.
