i have lived at Grosvenor Atrium for 15+ years. it is dog friendly. includes views of the bay in a great neighborhood. the past 4+ years the building‘s cleanliness, safety and overall appearance has noticeably improved. this is absolutely due to the diligence of our building’s manager John who is also a tenant & neighbor. John is reliable, approachable & always a professional. i am grateful to John & our fabulous maintenance team.
Been here for a couple decades and John, Carlos and the rest of the staff have always been prompt, efficient and courteous whenever I needed anything and keep everything well maintained. The building is constantly evolving with improvements including recently upgrading the laundry room, the rear meeting/mail room, the hot tub, the gym/spa's bathroom connected to a classy gym with modern equipment, the fire alarm system, etc. etc. Nice neighbors, pet friendly, ample parking and secure and safe facilities.
I had the smoothest and most pleasant moving experience to Grosvenor Atrium! I want to truly underscore how fantastic John, the building manager has been. John is extremely professional, kind, and responsive. Down to the small details, John made sure that my place was in perfect shape and that I also had everything I could need upon move-in. It is very clear that John cares about his residents, and that is incredibly rare to find in this renter's market!
Best moving in experience of all time. My apartment was renovated ahead of time, with my bed frame and mattress in a box set up in my apartment for me by the building manager. John genuinely cares about his tenants, and is the best building manager you could ever ask for. Apartments are nice and fairly priced, and are in an ideal location for marina and Polk. Cannot recommend this complex enough!
