I had the smoothest and most pleasant moving experience to Grosvenor Atrium! I want to truly underscore how fantastic John, the building manager has been. John is extremely professional, kind, and responsive. Down to the small details, John made sure that my place was in perfect shape and that I also had everything I could need upon move-in. It is very clear that John cares about his residents, and that is incredibly rare to find in this renter's market!
Best moving in experience of all time. My apartment was renovated ahead of time, with my bed frame and mattress in a box set up in my apartment for me by the building manager. John genuinely cares about his tenants, and is the best building manager you could ever ask for. Apartments are nice and fairly priced, and are in an ideal location for marina and Polk. Cannot recommend this complex enough!

I rented here for several years and the building management and community is great. Even after moving out, I even accidentally sent a couple packages to the address and the building manager John coordinated with me to get them picked up by FedEx and shipped cross country!
