Best moving in experience of all time. My apartment was renovated ahead of time, with my bed frame and mattress in a box set up in my apartment for me by the building manager. John genuinely cares about his tenants, and is the best building manager you could ever ask for. Apartments are nice and fairly priced, and are in an ideal location for marina and Polk. Cannot recommend this complex enough!

I rented here for several years and the building management and community is great. Even after moving out, I even accidentally sent a couple packages to the address and the building manager John coordinated with me to get them picked up by FedEx and shipped cross country!
I lived here for a little over a year from 2021-2022. This place is excellent and imo has the perfect combination of location, amenities, quality, and cost (as well as nice garage parking!). But the management is outstanding which is what really makes this place unique. The location is awesome!
