Can’t recommend enough
Staff is very friendly and helpful
Dr. Katie and the other dentists are very nice, as are all the staff at the Libertytown office. The front office staff at the Eldersburg location are rude and unhelpful. They absolutely refuse to do preauthorizations or contact your insurance company. This results is misc charges being billed to the patient that would not happen elsewhere. This level of customer service is the worst I've experienced at a medical office. I had a root canal done at the Eldersburg location, and on a subsequent procedure at another dentist, it w... read more
This practice is lit. I'm out here with my teeth sparkling. Shining like new money. Don't trust those bicuspids to anyone else.
