Very prompt, Pleasant friendly employees Dr Hickman was very professional and explained everything I needed to know.

EDIT: All but one the visits I mentioned took place at the Warsaw location. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Grossnickle Eye Center has been nothing short of frustrating, starting with my first appointment four years ago. When the doctor asked whether I wanted close-up or far-away lenses, he didn’t explain the difference or the reasons behind the choice. I wasn’t informed that after cataract surgery, I’d be looking at thousands of dollars in additional costs for scar tissue removal in both eyes. Fast f... read more
