If I could rate this place a 0, I deftly would. This was one of the WORST experiences ever, especially this being our first apartment ever as a family. As well as you can see there are no reviews so that should show you that this place isn't good at all…. The management team was awful, uncoordinated and unprofessional. Our apartment was not cleaned at all during the move . We found cockroaches in our apartment, as well as a centipede, lying about our parking spot and having tree sap all over our car. So me being aware of this issue, i Emailed violet to let her know that if there was anything we could do to maybe trim the tree back due to my new car being potentially damaged due to the tree sap. She emailed me a couple days after saying that she would have their landscaper come that following Friday to trim it. The place is quiet and calm, shops and schools are nearby. My family and I lived here for two years, we liked everything, except for the manager Violet Stone. We were very unhappy with her, she does not fulfill her requirements in work, does not answer calls and requests, behaves rudely towards people and returns the deposit in an incomplete amount. Without even explaining why the full amount was not returned... Therefore, do not deal with her, if you do not want problems in this complex, it is better to look for another one... read more
