Grossman is the best company out there. Always responsive , Polite, prompt and professional. Kyle is an outstanding tech that represents this company VERY well. He explained the issue and the remedy in easy to understand terms and had it repaired in a short time. I highly recommend this company!
The technician who came out couldn’t have been more accommodating. I was actually fine with the first thermostat he installed, but he wasn’t—he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. He literally left and came back with a better option that fit perfectly and is so easy to use. That level of care and attention is what really showed. I highly recommend Grossman’s A/C to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company.

We just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Michelle and Gary. Our heating stopped working on a very cold night. Early next morning I left a message and within 10 minutes, Michelle returned the call and scheduled Gary to fix the problem at 9:00 am. What a great find for AC care!
