We called at 8:00 AM to ask if they could fix a jacuzzi pool heater, After answering a couple routine questions, she said that she would have Gary come out between 11-1 PM, at about 9:45 AM she called and said he was on his way. He came looked at our unit, and gave my husband a quick estimate. He had the unit working in no time. We are so happy with the company and with Gary. Fast efficient and reasonably priced. Installation of my new AC unit by Grossmann Air Conditioning was a very positive experience from beginning to end. Terrible customer service, owner was sarcastic, rude, unprofessional, and they have lost my business. I would never recommend this company and their prices are way too high.
Grossman Air is a phenomenal company! My Jacuzzi pool heater which is only 2 years old, has broken down twice already. There are only a few companies that work on heat pumps. I was so happy to find them! I teach babies how to swim and I need my pool heater to work. I can't put the babies in cold water. Last Monday, my heater stopped worked. I called them as soon as I had my lunch break, I told them who I was and they had a technician there within the hour. Unfortunaly, it needed parts, so they did put a rush on them.
