I would never recommend this man. He has no patience for anyone who is special needs. He even told me that my brother "was beyond my paygrade". He really feels he is too good to deal with patients with disabilities and its disgusting. Very very disappointing to hear that, its 2021 you can do better! You shouldn't even be a dentist if you are not capable of handling ALL types of patients.

Let’s be fair , I just read the above reviews . My experience with his practice has been nothing but professional , staff was very pleasant . I rate my experience with him extremely good .
Horrible experience. Comes across as infallible. Got a second opinion with now work done by this "doctor" who has forced me to have the tooth removed. Stay FAR away.
The staff and Dr Grossman is so friendly,and appointments are always on time they never make you wait past your appointment scheduled time .The receptionist Maryanne always remembers who you are . And you can make payments over the phone with your care credit .
When I called today to start with Dr. Grossman as a new patient, the receptionist told me that because my cell phone number was from out of state I could not be accepted as a patient because the office was unwilling to incur long distance phone charges.
Receponist was very rude and unprofessional
