Absolutely impressed. From the first phone call to make the appointment, to the actual in office experience, I was pleased. Very professional, kind and caring staff.
Today I went for long over due mammogram and bone density tests. This was my first time using Grossman Imaging Centers. The employees were great. Super friendly and very informative. They explained every little step of the process in detail. In addition, I have to compliment the artwork. It was really beautiful. I wanted grab my cell phone and take pictures of the beautiful pieces on the walls - especially in the waiting area. Positive thoughts on the results...
So impressed with the staff here. Extremely nice and makes you feel comfortable. In and out with results very quickly! Thanks so much!
My mom had an appointment and i was very frustrared because the halls on the clinic are very narrow i yes they think about there is not average body people and the personnel not very cooperative the set up for they appliances or computer sistem dont cover the handy cap persons i very dislike tje place they care about the place but don't care about people. Thanks so much
The staff in the Ventura office, were excellent! Smiles and the information shared, was tops.
