Terrible customer service
After working with Hailey at Grossmans the first time there was no question to return for when we needed to buy a second truck. Her time, attention to detail, all the knowledge of each vehicle was exceptional. Her no pressure attitude but availability when we had questions was appreciated. Highly recommend to reach out to her for your next vehicle. You won’t regret it. She is personable, knowledgeable and makes you feel like she just wants you to love your vehicle.
Second time buying a vehicle here, great experience both times. Dave knew the ins and outs of the truck and had a great test drive route setup to get a feel for it. Very personable, honest, and was great breaking down the finances as well as the different features of the truck. Chad and Tony were also a pleasure to work with.
