Horrible customer service once they have made the sale. Do not expect your plates to arrive prior to the month registration expiring. Save yourself the headache and don't pay their excessive title & reg fees. Do it yourself. If I could, I'd give 0 stars. I don't have my plates yet and I've left several voice messages and sent several e-mails, all the while receiving no responses for a week now. What will I drive when my registration expires in a few days? What a disappointing Toyota experience.
