Do not buy from here, they use ILLEGAL business practices like selling you optional add-ons tell you they cannot be removed and are preinstalled, such as their interior and exterior protection. I fought with them for months and even got Toyota involved but they went back on their word and said they never said you have to get it, they will sit you down and have all of the sales people pressure you. They are scummy and greedy take your business to a better dealership.
They were prompt, polite, and di a great job servicing my car. Oscar is a a great worker with great communication. He is efficient and delivers what they promise. My only complaint is that the car washes are not care washes. They spray my car with water. It does not look like they use soap. Its was still dirty after being serviced.
My experience with Toyota of Lincoln Park has been a positive one, characterized by great service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Sylvester in the service department is excellent at identifying what needed to be done on our 2012 Camry Hybrid. The estimated cost was right on and completed/delivery was exactly on time.
They charge $127 for a 5-quart oil change (inclusive of topping up fluids and checking tire pressure) supposedly because they are more reliable. I took pictures of the fluid levels under my hood before I handed my keys to them. I made sure to tell the service advisor that I needed the fluids topped up and air for the tires because the tire pressure light has been coming on intermittently.
