I bought a Prius Prime last December from Toyota of Lincoln Park and I couldn’t be happier. The service department has been exceptional. They are efficient on servicing and they are on top to remind me of my appointments and when it’s time to make an appointments. This has been an amazing experience better than I e ever experienced with the other brands of cars that I’ve owned! Thank you Toyota of LP.

Horrible incompetent people work here. No one knows what they’re doing at all. Sydney is a horrible sales person.
This review is for the service/mechanic department, not the dealership. I came in thinking I had an electronics issue (I was wrong), and they charged me $500 just to diagnose problems that my trusted mechanic could have checked for free. On top of that, they tried to upsell me thousands of dollars in repairs at prices way above what those services actually cost (eg, $1600 for tire pressure sensors that should cost ~$500 to buy and install).
