Hello, I wanted to share feedback regarding our recent service experience with our Audi Q7. My wife brought the vehicle in for a required oil change and scheduled maintenance,, When she went to leave, a dashboard warning light appeared. She returned to the service desk and was informed that something had not been properly bolted down during the service and needed to be corrected. On 9/29/25 my 25 year old daughter was traveling to Chicago on I 55 and the check engine light came on (23 Q3 still under warranty) She was within 20 minutes of the Bloomington Illinois Audi Dealership. She pulled over and I phoned the Bloomington service department at approx 8am explained the situation (young girl, traveling to Chicago alone etc..) and asked if she could drive to dealership to have the car scanned to see if it was safe to continue.
