We stopped going to GPAC when our dog refused to go in the door. Our dog had a horrible experience with the vet. He was very rough, was not willing to be on the ground with our dog, and he forced our dog on the table that lifts (even though he was aware our dog had anxiety/fear of metal). He is an old school vet who is more concerned with getting things done quickly then helping a dog cope with their fears/help establish trust with the animal. He is not accommodating to anxious/fearful animals.
RecommendedDr. Herzog is the best. I believe his treatment of my beloved English Setter, Rocky added years to his life.
We love Dr. Herzog and everyone at the clinic. They take very good care of our dog, Olive. Have been taking our family dogs here every since our very first puppy, Phoebe almost 20 years ago. Lots of love and care for everyone. Patience too!
We drive from Birmingham, MI for our dogs. Dr. Herzog is well worth the drive. Our dogs are always comfortable with him and they get lots of treats. :D
Dr Herzog is the kindest doc ever! He obviously loves his work and he has been caring for my Sofi since we brought her home and has never once hurt her even with multiple vaccines! Your baby would be excellent hands too!
