Grossbusters was AMAZING! Aaron was so thorough from start to finish. He walked me through the cleaning process before booking and made sure I was happy with the end result. He even followed up to get the PH in my carpets to the right levels to deal with a stain that has been there for years.
Before I moved in, I knew I would need to get the carpets cleaned but held off till I got a few things done in the house. The carpet was gross, and I would literally fill the vacuum container each time. When I filled out the quote request they were very quick at calling and getting a bit more information and emailing me the quote that afternoon. We were getting our house ready for an open house and Aaron was great, made a recommendation on how to proceed with cleaning the carpets! They arrived as scheduled were professional with the cleaning, and advised they would return for a follow up treatment at no extra cost! Carpets looked great! Thanks Aaron!
Edited: Aaron came back out to take a look at the job, was apologetic for the technicians lack of care & overall cleaning. He redid the job and it turned out to well. He was really responsive and great to work with. We would have him out again. We booked because we couldn’t get our usual company to come in. They had told us they needed to use about 10 gallons of water for their new system-they didn’t have the truck system anymore. There was water everywhere.
