I live about 80 miles from Wichita and Mark came out on a Saturday to install new flooring in my bathroom since we had water damage. He did a great job on replacing the subfloor and installing new tile. I love my new tile floor and appreciate him driving all the way out on a Saturday to install for me. I hired Gross Tile for a kitchen counter and tile backsplash, and bathroom vanity counter and tile backspash back in early June 2014. I prepaid over $6000 and the experience, customer service, and quality has been terrible. First they told me the counters would take 2 weeks and they took 6, and then the counters were not even correct and they had to rework them and they still aren't done yet as of July 25, 2014. Can not recommend Gross Tile to anyone. The work looked great but when there was a problem with water leaking into my basement Mark would not come out and fix the problem...rather he just wanted to put a band aid on it. So much for spending 6k with them. Rated one star because there is no ZERO.
