We asked our friends to recomend a place to go to have our brakes repaired, several highly recommended Gross & Stevens. We took our truck there today and we were thrilled with the service we received! Excellent, fast service - which I appreciate! I didn't even realize that Larry and John were the owners until after I left ... and I witnessed each of them taking the time to interact and explain things to customers, including myself. One of the most honest, local businesses I know! Great to deal with
A different shop told my my alignment was a-ok, driving it told me a different story. ..took it down to these guys and they found all the issues the other shop couldn't find. Had me back on the road quickly even though they had to order the parts, and I felt like I got a brand new car back. Only place I will go.
