Been going to Gross and Stevens for years. My service truck needed service for brakes. They understood that my truck is very important to get back on the road. They did their best and got it in and out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and replaced brakes and corrected some issues with the suspension. Now by steering is solid and no more grinding sounds when I am stopping. I highly recommend them for honest and knowledgeable repairs for you auto brakes and suspension needs. The best in Visalia.
This is Jim, I don't have a Google account so I'm borrowing my wife's. I recently took my truck in to have the upper and lower A arms replaced and during inspection. It was learned that I needed a new Unit bearing and tire rod ends. I purchased my truck used with around 53,000 miles on it. I just recently turned over 100,000 and decided to have this work done. Good place to find parts for trailers...
I took my truck to G&S due to wandering and loose steering. Dealing with them has been very convenient, compared to other shops I have been to. One good thing is they open early, so I was able to drop off the truck and still make it to work by 8am. My truck drives great now!
