My son has been a patient of Doctor gross for 5 years. My son had intractable epilepsy and dr gross did everything he could to stop the seizures. When my son had a seizure, he called us back within minutes no matter where he was or what he was doing. He’s friendly, and caring, and has so much experience. He now is able to prescribe CBD and we were his first patient to try it, now almost two years seizure free!! Also love the office staff. I would recommend Dr Gross to anyone.

I recently took my daughter to see Dr. Gross after she suffered her 2nd seizure on the recommendation of our pediatrician. Barbara conducted the EEG. She was very kind and made both my daughter and I feel comfortable about the procedure. 10 minutes after the EEG was completed we were back with Dr. Gross. He spoke with us about what he saw in the EEG before reviewing it with both of us. He spoke directly to my daughter about what he saw and how it would affect her life day-to-day. He answered all our questions and didn't brus... read more

My son has been under Dr. Gross care since 2016. He was diagnosed with absence seizures at 8 years old. Barbara did the EEG in house and I gave me the results within an hour which was really nice. We have tried several different medications over the years Dr. Gross always takes the time to listen to my concerns and we get a new plan in place. My son has been seizure free for 3 years thanks to Dr. Gross and Depakote. He also treats my son for ADHD which is super convenient. His front office staff is nice and helpful and alway... read more

After 15 years of seeing Dr. Gross I requested a form that my son's school was asking for. Was given the run around for over a month. To make a long story short, administrative staff is very rude and provide zero customer service.

Dr. Gross has seen my severely autistic teen son, who also has epilepsy, for years. The office staff has been very kind and helpful wading through the problems with insurance and medications. Dr. Gross adapted to my son's difficult behaviors, reactions and needs like a champ, and is always very kind and caring.

If you want a doctor who cares about your child, do NOT see this doctor. His office staff are extremely rude and defensive, and they never finished anything for my child's care in a timely manner. I ended up calling the insurance companies and other doctors to speed things along. Spent 3 hours in the waiting room just waiting for Dr. Gross to sign a form so my daughter could get testing that he was authorizing and recommended to us. He never even came out to see me, and he didn't sign the forms.

Dr. Gross did not take any time to get to know my child! This was more of a routine for him! He reviewed my child's EEG very fast and immediately recommended medication!! My husband and I felt very unsettled after the visit! After requesting a copy of the EEG for a second opinion his office staff said that they are not capable of doing so!! This office is not child inviting and is just old and gloomy!! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!! Stay far away!! Sincerely, Angry Parent

Dr. Gross was assigned to my daughter after a hospitalization due to seizures and he provided minimal support. He dismissed her seizures as a manifestation of her chromosomal disorder instead of taking the time to address her issues. He never once completed a simple neurological exam or even touched her for that matter. He simply dispensed narcotics to leave her in a fog which greatly affected her development.

The office staff very rude and incompetent. Office space not geared toward children. Attempted to attend a follow up appt and was told my insurance wasn't going to cover visit. Office was told twice that my insurance had changed and I offered to send it and was told no just bring card. Two and half hour drive for nothing. Do not recommend. Very disgusted!!!!!
