I received a court appearance for 8/22. I tried calling August 6-8 and no one answered any of my calls. I tried 20 times and 3 voice messages and no answers. This was on Friday the eighth. I finally sent an email on their website and someone called me at 4pm on the eighth. She was nice and tried offering assistance, but I told her that I wanted to speak to the person who sent me the package.
