I dealt with Joe Backaus in Black River Falls on a 2024 Blazer. The car was at another dealership and he was quick to get it there for me that day and I drove it home the next! Awesome to work with and the finance department worked on getting me the best deal. Definitely would recommend checking them out for your next car!! Love my blazer!
Well, as much as I like to shop locally, they have made it impossible. Consistently lowball you on your trade and then want you to put money down on top of that. So, I ended up taking my business elsewhere on the same day and was able to get 5K more on my trade with no money down on a newer vehicle (7 years newer) 🤔 weird how this is the 3rd time I've had this happen when dealing with Gross, not for a lack of trying on my part, so needless too say I won't be back.
