Well, as much as I like to shop locally, they have made it impossible. Consistently lowball you on your trade and then want you to put money down on top of that. So, I ended up taking my business elsewhere on the same day and was able to get 5K more on my trade with no money down on a newer vehicle (7 years newer) 🤔 weird how this is the 3rd time I've had this happen when dealing with Gross, not for a lack of trying on my part, so needless too say I won't be back.
Mike did a great job with my tires. Very helpful and pleasant to work with.
Derek Morris was super friendly and helpful with our truck purchase. He obviously knew all the details of the vehicle and once we committed to purchasing he helped to move the process along quickly! Definitely would work with him again and Gross Black River Falls location. Tim & Bobbie
