I was on my way to a fishing trip from Chicago to Minnesota towing a bass boat. My Jeep broke down in Black River Falls and I stopped here. The whole staff went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and us back on our way just within a few hours. They saved our weekend fishing trip!! Nick Wasko was amazing along with Kelsey and Derek. I dealt with Joe Backaus in Black River Falls on a 2024 Blazer. The car was at another dealership and he was quick to get it there for me that day and I drove it home the next! Well, as much as I like to shop locally, they have made it impossible. Consistently lowball you on your trade and then want you to put money down on top of that. So, I ended up taking my business elsewhere on the same day and was able to get 5K more on my trade with no money down on a newer vehicle (7 years newer) 🤔 weird how this is the 3rd time I've had this happen when dealing with Gross, not for a lack of trying on my part, so needless too say I won't be back.
Mike did a great job with my tires. Very helpful and pleasant to work with.
