Sucked after going there for 7 years they mess up and put a spare tire from a different truck on my truck after taking it off to work on my air bag suspension. I get stuff happens but after I call them they tell me I’m wrong. Not even the same brand of tire that it came with. Even sent them a spect sheet from the factory of the truck when it was built saying what the spare parts as. they still tell me I’m wrong. My Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down on a Saturday evening while traveling from Madison to the Twin Cities. I had the vehicle towed to Gross and dropped my key in the box. By Monday late morning, my service advisor Jeremy already had things rolling with diagnosis, fixed by Tuesday, I added some additional work requests and was able to pick my vehicle up by Wednesday. Great communication, prompt service, reasonable pricing...all for an out-of-town customer. I was extremely impressed.
I was on my way to a fishing trip from Chicago to Minnesota towing a bass boat. My Jeep broke down in Black River Falls and I stopped here. The whole staff went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and us back on our way just within a few hours. They saved our weekend fishing trip!! Nick Wasko was amazing along with Kelsey and Derek. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anything you may need for servicing your vehicle.
