My Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down on a Saturday evening while traveling from Madison to the Twin Cities. I had the vehicle towed to Gross and dropped my key in the box. By Monday late morning, my service advisor Jeremy already had things rolling with diagnosis, fixed by Tuesday, I added some additional work requests and was able to pick my vehicle up by Wednesday. Great communication, prompt service, reasonable pricing...all for an out-of-town customer. I was extremely impressed.
I was on my way to a fishing trip from Chicago to Minnesota towing a bass boat. My Jeep broke down in Black River Falls and I stopped here. The whole staff went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and us back on our way just within a few hours. They saved our weekend fishing trip!! Nick Wasko was amazing along with Kelsey and Derek. I dealt with Joe Backaus in Black River Falls on a 2024 Blazer. The car was at another dealership and he was quick to get it there for me that day and I drove it home the next!
