I contacted Gross Motors and was put in touch with Meghan Hegge. I explained that I was interested in a truck they had listed for sale. I explained to Meghan that my wife and I would be traveling almost 4 hours to see the truck. She assured me that that it would be there and ready for us to test drive. Worked on my truck a few times. They toke my spare off my truck and did not put the same one back in. Sent them the speak sheet of the truck from factory. They still denned they did it. I know what my spare tire was. But now it’s a totally different tire and worst of all the wrong size. Even call the place I bought it from they also said it is not the tire my truck came with. So nice that a place won’t stand on there word and fix what they did wrong. Even after proving it.
I've been coming here for 6 year's for oil changes, bought a new car had oil change done and had my issue fixed with the check engine light...all good...always good service...thanks
