They helped me bring home my 2017 Prius!! Grant and Amanda were so genuine and kind, and did everything they could to help me come home with Ozzy!! Due to the vehicle's higher mileage, it was hard getting approved through certain lenders, but they explained all options and helped me pick what would work best so I could get approved and get the car i wanted, instead of pressuring me to get something I would end up hating.
My wife and I were traveling from North Carolina to Montana. Our check engine light came on near Black River. We ended up at Gross Chevrolet/GMC. It was a Friday and the service department was booked with appointments however, Merlin and Rocky did a quick check and found the problem. The whole group of guys in the service dept are great! They're very knowledgeable about how insurance claims and processes work, so even though it's not their job, they definitely helped ease my anxiety throughout a situation in which I had no control. They helped me with a loaner/rental while my vehicle was inoperable, and they kept me updated about ordered parts, timelines, plans, any delays, etc...
