The whole group of guys in the service dept are great! They're very knowledgeable about how insurance claims and processes work, so even though it's not their job, they definitely helped ease my anxiety throughout a situation in which I had no control. They helped me with a loaner/rental while my vehicle was inoperable, and they kept me updated about ordered parts, timelines, plans, any delays, etc... Amazing service and sales department!! I originally brought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a loud front end rattle the dealership I purchased it from couldn’t repair and advised me it possibly just the way it is. Gross service department repaired it and noticed other issues the last place left unfinished. With the multiple open recalls and bad quality of this vehicle I decided to trade it in. Joe in sales is an amazing salesman who works hard for his customers. If you are looking to buy make sure you ask for him!!
