Call the tech named Glenn that works at the Gross motors in Black River falls Glenn was rude inconsiderate kept interrupting me kept asking me questions unrelated to what I was asking for and then when I was asking him to look up said part he was extremely rude 1 out of 5 Stars would have done the less but the option is not available
Shopping for a car/truck for us is a stressful ordeal. But the crew at Gross BRF could not have been more helpful and patient!! From Derek showing us pickups on the lot and answering questions to Scott teaching us all the details on the vehicle and Mike answering more questions to Eli helping with all the paperwork...even calling insurance for us...well everyone was knowledgeable, patient and friendly!
