It was a very pleasant experience at Gross Motors Black River Falls. The staff was very supportive and worked very hard to make my experience a very positive one.
I was on my way to a fishing trip from Chicago to Minnesota towing a bass boat. My Jeep broke down in Black River Falls and I stopped here. The whole staff went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and us back on our way just within a few hours. They saved our weekend fishing trip!! Nick Wasko was amazing along with Kelsey and Derek. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anything you may need for servicing your vehicle.
Derek and Steve were extremely helpful in the purchase of our car. It was a super easy process and they were even helpful after the purchase. We ran into an issue we couldn't fix on our ceramic coating and Chewy did an amazing job cleaning it right up! Would highly recommend this team! They go above and beyond for their customers.
