Excellent. He is very patient, and also knowledgeable with UHC Hearing insurance and syncing with my iPhone
I've dealt with Dr Gross and his staff on a few occasions, they are wonderful. Dr. Gross is so compassionate and understanding in helping us with our mothers needs, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 2 years ago, and it's been such a blessing to be associated with their practice.
