Dr. Jeffrey Gross is very thorough, an excellent communicator and makes me feel relaxed. He has always been responsive when there is something urgent going on and prepares for my care by arranging quick appointments with appropriate specialists.

I have been to many internists, and have not found someone more knowledgeable than Dr. Gross. I ended up as a patient because a close friend of mine's family uses him as their doctor--and I recommend him highly.
Was a 10 year patient, and recent Lymphoma survivor. 2 months ago, he sent in the wrong strength of a medication that I've been taking for 10 years. My Daughter picked it up for me, not realizing that it was supposed to be a 10.00 co-pay. Cost her 75.00 for a tier 3 prescription. We called Doctor's office explaining the problem, and asked for a reimbursement for 65.00. Dr. Gross is caring, confident and professional. I feel assured by his presence and his recommendations as a physician.
My father was misdiagnosed back in October by Dr Gross. Had it not been for his new Internist he would have died. He was in renal failure. His bladder was so full of urine that it was pushing up against his stomach. How did this doctor not see this????? His ankles were so swollen and for months with no change. The worst medical care. They do not CARE.
