In late January 2023, I was out of the state when I received a concerned call from my 86-year-old Mom and father in law, telling me their furnace and heat were not working at her house. Jeff Yeager, the sales consultant who came to review our needs was fantastic, he spent time looking at our current setup, did measurements for replacing our current system, explained several options, and explained in detail his recommendations. the 3 person installation crew(Mitch, Jesse, and James arrived as scheduled, and proceeded to remove the old system, and install the new system.
