I want to give Dr. Gary Gross a great recommendation. My daughter has been visiting him since she was 3. He has always taken great care of my daughter. He helped us so much with her health issues. He is kind, funny, experienced, and patient.
I was referred to this office by a friend. Big mistake. The staff was rude! As a new patient, no one went over any of the policies with me, nor did I receive a call confirming any of the details of my appointment. I was willing to drive 40 minutes based on my friend's recommendation. She was wrong. Apparently I don't have the right "look".
