A very bad experience with this office. I think anyone who leaves a positive review for this practice is delusiona! I arrive for a 2:00 appointment. Every single person in the waiting room who arrived after me was seen ahead of me. I finally get to see the Dr. Dr. Gross after 4:00. That's a 2 hour wait so all the later appointments after me get in ahead of me. Literally every single person in the waiting room after me! Absolutely horrible experience! They misdiagnosed me and the medicine they gave me made me extremely ill.
I have seen Dr Gross on and off for at least 10-12 yrs and my experience has not been bad like other reviews . Of course I will only see Dr Gross, or Occasionally Ms Fellener. I see him in his Chesapeake office and 1 time at his Va beach office. I now live several blocks from his new office- on Medical Pkway. He is a very good doctor , and often has medical students from EVMS to train in Dermatology. he will tell you the name of the skin problem which may be a long name but he will explain what it is . I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. Everyone I’ve seen so far has left the practice. I waited over one month for a prescription to be called in for a refill, having left NUMEROUS MESSAGES! More times than not when I tried to call their number it always rings busy but really really fast, like there was something wrong with the phone system. This practice is absolutely horrible!!
