If you looking to rent at any of the apartment complexes owned and managed by this company be careful. In my opinion and from experience as a current tenant at one of their apartment complexes, if you complaint about something they seem to have a problem. At the end when upper management gets involved like the general manager of Gross Builders he seems to have a problem and makes uncall and unprofessional comments.
