I was a resident in this apartment, when I was abruptly job relocated to Georgia. This required me to break my lease a fee of $275, on top of paying my monthly rent. I have been relocated for 1 month. They are still not finished cleaning the apartment & will take at least another 30 days to paint it. They stated that they will not prioritize re rental of my apartment over any other. If you looking to rent at any of the apartment complexes owned and managed by this company be careful. In my opinion and from experience as a current tenant at one of their apartment complexes, if you complaint about something they seem to have a problem. At the end when upper management gets involved like the general manager of Gross Builders he seems to have a problem and makes uncall and unprofessional comments.
