Andrew is absolutely fantastic, and he sold our home in record time. He spent so much time and energy ensuring our home was ready to be put on the market. Despite the tough real estate market currently, Andrew went above and beyond to find the buyer, negotiate a fair price, and get us an immediate closing date per our request. I highly recommend him and his team of professionals.
I never expected to sell a house while living abroad, but Andrew made it possible! We had quite a few projects requested by the buyer prior to closing, and honestly I was totally overwhelmed. But Andrew did a great job not only negotiating these projects, but also assuring that the final asks were completed and communicated with efficiency. He helped us list and close on our house in 2 months, and there was a size able kitchen renovation during that process. Thankful that Andrew was our agent!
We live in Mexico. We were selling a house in Atlanta. The buyers agent had a lot of things they wanted fixed (which wasn't a problem). Andrew ran around for 2 weeks and knocked each thing off the list. I just assumed my wife was going to have to figure this out from 3000 miles away as I had to work all day. We really appreciate the effort Andrew put in. This was also the first house we had ever sold so our anxiety started out high. It consistently lowered as the process went on- luckily for Andrew.
